In the interest of public health and safety, Thebarton Theatre reserves the right to decline entry or eject patrons from the premises if not complying with the Covid-19 conditions in place. Security Officers maintain the right to report or remove anyone not following a reasonable instruction from a Covid Marshal.

Patrons will be refused entry if they:
o Have Covid-19 related symptoms
o Have been in close contact with a person who is COVID-19 positive
o Have travelled overseas or to a COVID-19 hotspot in the past 14 days
oAre COVID-19 positive

SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19
If have been exposed or are suspected of exposure to COVID-19 you will not be permitted to enter the venue.
o If you attend the event with obvious symptoms of illness you will not be permitted to enter the venue and your ticket will be cancelled immediately without a refund under the terms and conditions of entry.
o If you attempt to mask symptoms to gain access and are observed to have symptoms inside the event, you will be ejected from the venue and not permitted to re-enter. Patrons will not receive a refund under the terms and conditions of entry.
o Any close contacts of a patron who has been denied entry or ejected for health reasons may also risk being ejected from the event. Patrons will not receive a refund under the terms and conditions of entry.

Symptoms of Covid-19 often include:
A fever of 37.5oC or more or a history suggestive of fever night sweats, chills
Acute respiratory infection e.g. cough, shortness of breath, sore throat
Loss of smell or taste
And may include:
Headache
Muscle pains
Joint pain
Runny nose
Nausea
Vomiting or diarrhoea
Fatigue
Loss of appetite
Recent onset blocked nose
Conjunctivitis

CONTACT TRACING DETAILS
If you refuse to disclose contact tracing details you will be ejected from the premises and your ticket will be cancelled. Patrons will not receive a refund under the terms and conditions of entry.
Please download the mySA GOV app here prior to attendance for a quick and safe check-in at the venue. Manual sign-in sheets will also be available.

SOCIAL DISTANCING
Patrons must uphold social distancing protocols as directed by the Covid Marshals by maintaining 1.5m between themselves and others. Patrons are requested to arrive and depart in their social groups where possible.
If you refuse to comply with social distancing:
o You will be reminded of the terms and conditions of entry by a Covid Marshal or Security Officer.
o If you do not modify your behaviour, you will be ejected from the venue for breaching the Covid-19 protocols.
o Once ejected from the venue your ticket will be cancelled and you will be refused re-entry. Patrons will not receive a refund under the terms and conditions of entry.

MASKS
Masks may be recommended or required in line with the direction requirements at the event.
A patron is not required to where a mask if they:
·o Have a relevant medical condition, including problems with their breathing, a serious condition of the face, a disability or a mental health condition (evidence of a relevant medical condition must be produced on request i.e. letter from GP or medical professional)
·o Are a child under the age of 12

NO PASS-OUTS will be allowed under any circumstances to limit movement around the venue exterior and surrounding neighbourhood.
