Is there seating for GA shows?

For most General Admission concerts the upstairs seating on a first come first served basis will be available. We recommend getting to the venue early to snag a seat. There is also limited tiered seating downstairs, if you require a seat for health or accessibility reasons, please contact us on (08) 8443 5255.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Is seeing hundreds of excited fans lining up outside Thebby making you want to be part of the action? Don’t worry, you can be! Our Box Office is open from the time the doors open until interval for each show unless sold out. The Box Office is located to the left of Thebby’s Main Entrance on Henley Beach Rd.

Where can I buy merch?

Merch is only available on the night to purchase from the merchandise stand in the main foyer. Styles and sizes are subject to availability on the night and may not include all advertised tour merchandise.

Is there disability access?

We don’t want anyone missing out on incredible shows, so we will do our best to ensure that no matter the circumstance, you can have a memorable time at Thebby. Please call (08) 8443 5255 to let us know you are coming and we will do our best to accommodate wheelchairs and accessible needs (subject to availability).

Where can I park?

Whether you are chugging along in your Big Red Car for The Wiggles or jumping in your ute for Jimmy Barnes, there is plenty of street parking for you via Danby St. It’s first in best parked, so make sure you allow time for parking before the show.

Can I practice my epic photography skills?

The use of professional or large cameras (including those with SLR capabilities and cameras with detachable lenses), audio, and video equipment by patrons is at the discretion of the Artist and is prohibited at the vast majority of events. In some cases, the artist may choose to allow small personal cameras, such as mobile phones or small palm-sized cameras. There is to be no flash photography at any time.

I *NEED* to be front row. So how do I get there?

We get it. You and the lead singer of this band need to make eye contact, so they realise they are in love with you and the two of you can live happily ever after. BUT, first you need to be front row. Please be aware that due to local residents and businesses nearby, Thebarton Theatre and the local police do not condone or recommend lining up before 10am on the day of an event. You cannot hold spots in the line and you may be asked to leave. Please note there will not be any toilets onsite until the doors open. Bring snacks, stay hydrated, and don’t do anything to jeopardise having the most amazing night ever. Also, keep in mind that we have a Cloakroom to store all of your items if needed.

I’m hungry! I’m thirsty!

We’ve got you. Our bars are proudly supported by Coopers and Coke for all your beverage needs. Every bar has a selection of confectionaries including chips, lollies and chocolates – just like when Thebby was a cinema in her early days from 1928-1955.

I have some ticket issues…

Ticketmaster is the only authorised agency to sell tickets for events at Thebarton Theatre. For any enquiries please contact them on 136 100

Where can I buy tickets?

Our official ticket partner is TICKETMASTER, so please only buy tickets from them. We would hate for you to have to have the question above…

I need a smoke. Where do I go?

Please ask one of our friendly staff to direct you to the designated smoking areas. Please respect other patrons and only smoke in the designated areas.

I left something at Thebby… How do I get it back?

Don’t panic! Call the Theatre on (08) 8443 5255 from 9am-5pm Monday –Friday for lost property.
